The London FM Company was established to deliver facilities management services in complex environments. In 2012 we realised that there was a significant gap in the market to provide solutions for clients where works access had become an issue. We initially developed this arm of the Hammersmith Works group of companies by working with DCMS clients and larger estates, then rolling out to our residential maintenance division.

The company’s remit is to deliver those services normally cared for by an in-house FM contractor, but where access is too challenging for them. As bespoke solution providers we take pleasure in solving tasks that are deemed too challenging or too specialist for other entities.
